We are seeking an International Operations Analyst responsible for monitoring, managing, and controlling international operations, as well as other operational processes required by the company. This role involves updating and maintaining tracking and control files, as well as managing compliance processes.
Responsibilities
- Prepare transit, export, and transit time control reports.
- Manage and approve service provider invoices.
- Monitor and control management reports, performance dashboards, and export status updates.
- Coordinate quotations and contracts for international and domestic transportation services.
- Manage documentation related to import, export, and regulatory compliance processes with clients and suppliers.
- Administer bank statements and support the calculation, review, and approval of final settlements.
- Lead the management of Dore exports and special projects (both import and export).
- Coordinate supply management and control for real estate projects (FCL, LCL, Warehouse).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration with an emphasis in logistics and international trade.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in international logistics, reporting, and negotiation with a logistics focus.
- Knowledge of international logistics management, foreign trade, export processes, settlement analysis, and mathematical reasoning. Experience in the gold market and proposal analysis.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- English level: B1–B2.
