We are seeking a Technician or Technologist in Technical Support with academic training in systems, computer science, networks, telecommunications, or related fields, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or related functions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers and devices.
- Document cases, assets, and technical tasks in the assigned management tool.
Requirements:
- Technical or technological degree in systems, telecommunications, networks, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support.
- Knowledge of Office 365 tools.
- Experience with CCTV systems.
- Strong internal customer service skills.
- Experience with structured cabling and fiber optics.
