General Information

• Position: Automation and Development Analyst Low-Code/No-Code
• Area: Technology / Digital Transformation
• Contract: Full-time
• Modality: On-site (Envigado, Antioquia)

Role Objective

To design, implement, and maintain automation solutions utilizing no-code/low-code tools, Python, and artificial intelligence, thereby optimizing processes, increasing operational efficiency, and generating added value for the organization.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and map processes suitable for automation.
• Develop workflows and solutions using no-code/low-code platforms.
• Implement RPA (Robotic Process Automation) for repetitive tasks.
• Create automated dashboards and reports to support decision-making.
• Program in Python for automation tasks.
• Integrate APIs and web services across systems.
• Develop bots, virtual assistants, and AI solutions.
• Manage end-to-end automation projects and document processes.
• Measure and track efficiency KPIs.

Required Profile

• Education: Professional Degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related fields.
• Certification in agile methodologies (desirable).
• Courses in automation, AI, or reporting with Power BI (plus).
• Experience: 2 to 5 years in process automation.
• Experience with no-code/low-code tools.
• Participation in corporate automation projects.
• Knowledge in process analysis and redesign.

Technical Competencies

• No-Code/Low-Code: N8N, Make/Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Notion, Airtable. (Plus: Bubble, Webflow).
• Programming: Python (pandas, requests, selenium), SQL, basic JavaScript. (Plus: BeautifulSoup).
• AI: Integration with AI APIs (OpenAI, Google AI Platform), basic machine learning.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, SQL Server, basic ETL, intermediate Excel.

Contractual Conditions

• Competitive salary based on experience.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 a. m. to 4:30 p. m.
• Modality: On-site in Envigado, Antioquia.
