Auxiliar de Operaciones Internacionales

We are seeking an International Operations Assistant to provide comprehensive assistance in the management of exports, logistics, invoice and payment administration, regulatory compliance, and administrative support. The principal objective is to ensure the correct development of the corporation’s international operations with efficiency, transparency, and adherence to established standards.

Formación Académica

• Technical, Technological, or Professional Degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
• Complementary training in international logistics, foreign trade, compliance, and risk management is desirable.

Experiencia Laboral

• A minimum of one year of experience in foreign trade, international logistics, exports, or related administrative areas.
• Proven experience in managing foreign trade documentation, logistical coordination, international invoicing, and payments.

Conocimientos Técnicos

• Export processes, logistics, and international transportation (maritime, air, and ground).
• Management and control of foreign trade documentation.
• Normatividad relacionada con compliance y gestión de riesgos en operaciones internacionales.
• Preparation and monitoring of reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), and control matrices.
• Proficiency in office automation tools (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and enterprise management platforms.
• Basic knowledge of logistical costs and international invoicing.
