{"id":1966,"date":"2025-12-17T11:24:20","date_gmt":"2025-12-17T16:24:20","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/sunvalleyinv.com\/?post_type=vacantes&#038;p=1966"},"modified":"2025-12-17T11:24:22","modified_gmt":"2025-12-17T16:24:22","slug":"it-support-assistant","status":"publish","type":"vacantes","link":"https:\/\/sunvalleyinv.com\/es\/vacantes\/it-support-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Auxiliar de Sistemas y Soporte T\u00e9cnico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nos encontramos en la b\u00fasqueda de un t\u00e9cnico o tecn\u00f3logo en soporte t\u00e9cnico, con formaci\u00f3n en sistemas, inform\u00e1tica, redes, telecomunicaciones o \u00e1reas afines, y una experiencia m\u00ednima de 2 a\u00f1os en soporte t\u00e9cnico o funciones relacionadas.<sup><\/sup><sup><\/sup>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Responsabilidades principales:<\/strong> <sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Brindar soporte t\u00e9cnico presencial y remoto a los colaboradores.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Realizar el diagn\u00f3stico y soluci\u00f3n de incidentes en equipos, software, redes y perif\u00e9ricos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ejecutar la instalaci\u00f3n, configuraci\u00f3n y mantenimiento de equipos de c\u00f3mputo y dispositivos.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documentar casos, activos y tareas t\u00e9cnicas en la herramienta de gesti\u00f3n asignada.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong> <sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Formaci\u00f3n como t\u00e9cnico o tecn\u00f3logo en sistemas, telecomunicaciones, redes o \u00e1reas afines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 a\u00f1os de experiencia brindando soporte de nivel 1 y 2.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conocimiento en herramientas de Office 365.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conocimiento en sistemas de CCTV.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buen manejo del servicio al cliente interno.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experiencia con cableado estructurado y fibra \u00f3ptica.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Condiciones de la vacante:<\/strong> <sup><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Ubicaci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Mall Viva Palmas, Envigado.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Salario:<\/strong> A convenir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Beneficios:<\/strong> Auxilio de transporte y alimentaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Horario:<\/strong> Lunes - Viernes 7:00AM - 4:30PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tipo de contrato:<\/strong> Contrato de obra o labor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are seeking an IT Support Technician or Technologist, with a technical or technological background in systems, informatics, networks, telecommunications, or related fields, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or related functions.
