International Operations Assistant

We are seeking an International Operations Assistant to provide comprehensive support in export management, logistics, invoice and payment administration, regulatory compliance, and administrative assistance. The role ensures the efficient, transparent, and compliant execution of the company’s international operations in accordance with established standards.

Academic Background

Technician, technologist, or professional in International Business, Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
Additional training in international logistics, foreign trade, compliance, and risk management is desirable.

Work Experience

Minimum of 1 year of experience in foreign trade, international logistics, exports, or related administrative areas.
Experience handling foreign trade documentation, coordinating logistics, and managing international invoicing and payments.

Technical Knowledge

• Export processes, international logistics, and transportation (maritime, air, and ground).
• Handling and control of foreign trade documentation.
• Regulations related to compliance and risk management in international operations.
• Preparation and monitoring of reports, indicators, and control matrices.
• Proficiency in office tools (advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and business management platforms.
• Basic knowledge of logistics costs and international invoicing.
