We are actively seeking a Mining Titles Engineer for our Mining Titles – Legal Department. The primary mission of this role is to maintain proposals and titles up-to-date, ensuring compliance with their technical, legal, and economic requirements, in accordance with applicable mining legislation, with the purpose of acquiring new titles, preserving existing ones, and preventing sanctions.
Requirements for Participation
- Education: Professional Degree in Mining and Metallurgy Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Geological Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in mining title processes.
- Knowledge of Mining Law.
- Proficiency in ECRR management.
- Excel proficiency (databases).
- Intermediate English (desirable).
Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with all obligations arising from mining titles (insurance policies, basic mining forms, royalties, production and sales reports).
- Respond to technical requirements issued by the Mining Authority.
- Update and maintain databases related to insurance policies, royalties, and titles.
- Prepare and submit applications and procedures for the assignment of mining rights.
- Provide support for administrative tasks within the area (payments, reconciliations, budgeting, petty cash).
