We are looking for a Data Analyst for the security area, responsible for proposing, implementing, and leading quantitative and qualitative control of the productive and logistical processes supervised and monitored by the company — detecting trends, anomalies, and deviations, and producing statistical reports.

Responsabilidades:

• Contribute to the maintenance, organization, and continuous improvement of electronic security processes and systems.
• Analyze, diagram, and document Security and Protection processes using industrial engineering tools such as Ishikawa, VSM, process flowcharts, quality function deployment (House of Quality), and histograms.
• Support the creation, updating, and implementation of security and protection protocols, especially those related to the Critical Information Center.
• Monitor and maintain operational control over processes under the responsibility of the Security and Protection area, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Design, manage, update, and maintain databases, forms, and control tools associated with security processes.
• Support process documentation and administrative/documentary management within the area, including time and motion studies when required.
• Support the management and control of explosives inventories at mining projects, keeping records and historical data up to date, generating low-stock alerts, and proposing improvements to supply and control mechanisms.

Requisitos:

• Education: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administrative Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related fields with knowledge in statistics.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in physical security, either in the private or public sector. Experience in quality control, stochastic programming, and logistics methods and process management required.
• Knowledge: Database management; Microsoft Power Platform — especially Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Availability to travel to the company’s various locations nationwide.
