Seeking Experienced or Enthusiastic PBL Teacher
Are you passionate about Project-Based Learning (PBL) and eager to guide learners beyond traditional classrooms? We are seeking an AME Learning Facilitator (LF)—not a conventional teacher, but a guide, co-learner, and space-holder who cultivates meaningful, curiosity-driven learning.

Essential Requirements
- Professional degree in Education (or related fields with proven teaching experience).
- Proficiency in English (mandatory).
- Experience in education, psychology, or related fields.
- Comfort working in innovative or nontraditional learning environments.
- Commitment to whole-child, curiosity-driven learning.
- Legal status or visa that allows residence in both Madrid and Medellín (with occasional travel).
- Willingness to live between both locations.
Responsabilidades principales
1. Learning Environment & Energy
- Hold the space with authenticity and regulation, modeling a growth mindset and lifelong learning.
- Build safe, trusting environments where learners feel valued and free to take risks.
- Facilitate self-care practices (movement, journaling, breathwork, gratitude, meditation) to prepare body and brain.
- Recognize that “the energy in the room is the curriculum—and it starts with us.”
2. Curiosity & Input Phase
- Guide learners in co-creating journeys through democratic decision-making and curiosity.
- Connect topics across multiple lenses (science, math, art, geography, language).
- Model neuroscience-backed strategies (Pomodoro, mind mapping, visualization).
- Support independent learning with goal-setting, tracking, and reflection.
3. Creation & Output Phase
- Support learners in applying knowledge through projects, presentations, and refinement.
- Track progress in both content mastery and strength/interest-based skills.
- Foster collaboration, peer feedback, and collective problem-solving.
4. Contribution & Meaning
- Guide learners to transform learning into purposeful contributions.
- Emphasize real-world application, authentic audiences, and feedback.
- Model reflection that links personal growth with collective impact.
