Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and laundry facilities.
- Maintain impeccable organization and presentation of assigned areas.
- Properly manage amenities, supplies, and cleaning products.
- Complete inventory reports and supervision checklists.
- Provide warm, efficient, and excellence-oriented service.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a housekeeper in luxury hotels or vacation properties.
- Knowledge of professional cleaning techniques and premium laundry services.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and commitment to quality.
- Availability for international travel.
Conditions and Benefits
- Rotational work schedule: 6 months in Turks and Caicos (TCI) and 6 months in Medellín, Colombia.
- The company covers visa, accommodation, meals, transportation, and health insurance during the international assignment.
- Competitive salary: Medellín: COP $1,600,000 Outside the country: USD $700 per month
- Fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal.
