Mineros S.A. Receives “IR” Recognition from the Colombian Stock Exchange

Mineros S.A. announced that the Colombian Stock Exchange (BVC) has granted it, for the fifth consecutive year, the “IR” (Investor Relations) recognition for equity market issuers that voluntarily join this program for the 2025-2026 period.

This recognition highlights companies that achieve best practices regarding investors, information disclosure, and corporate governance. Mineros noted that this accolade underscores its commitment to disclosure across all types of issuers, emphasizing trust and transparency toward the investing public.

“Receiving this recognition for the fifth consecutive year reaffirms our commitment to adopting high standards of information disclosure and strengthening our relationship with investors. We continue working for the well-being of all our stakeholders,” stated Daniel Henao, CEO of Mineros.
