We are seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador responsible for guaranteeing an exceptional and personalized experience for each guest before, during, and after their stay. The role involves managing reservations, itineraries, and special requests utilizing available platforms and internal systems, ensuring the effective coordination of all services contracted with local providers while adhering to the hospitality and quality standards defined by the company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage reservations, itineraries, and special guest requests utilizing technological platforms and office tools.
• Dispatch welcome emails, personalized itineraries, and service confirmations prior to arrival.
• Provide comprehensive assistance to international and domestic guests before, during, and after their stay.
• Coordinate and confirm complementary services such as: sports, tourism, culture, wellness activities, land and maritime transportation, and event reservations.
• Maintain constant communication with the Island Experience Ambassador to coordinate experiences, schedules, and service standards.
• Oversee the execution of contracted services, guaranteeing punctuality, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage post-stay feedback, reporting incidents or relevant comments to the immediate leader.
• Assist in updating the portfolio of local island providers and evaluating their performance.
• Ensure compliance with hospitality and brand standards defined by the administration.
• Meet the sales budget assigned for each period.

Requirements:

• Education: Technologist or Professional degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
• English Level: Conversational B1.
• Tools: Proficiency in office tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, word processors).
• Experience: 2 years in similar positions within the hotel or luxury tourism sector.
