We are seeking a Financial Automation Analyst responsible for ensuring the efficient automation, analysis, and consolidation of financial information through the design and maintenance of models, reports, and dashboards. This role ensures data quality, traceability, and timeliness to support strategic decision-making and enhance the efficiency of the organization’s financial processes.

Responsibilities:

• Automate financial processes and periodic reports (closings, KPIs, budgets, and forecasts).
• Design and maintain financial, operational, and management reports.
• Build and optimize financial models and automated templates.
• Integrate information from multiple sources (ERP, databases, spreadsheets, and banking information).
• Ensure the quality, consistency, and control of financial information.
• Document processes and automation improvements.
• Propose continuous improvements in financial efficiency and control.

Requirements:

• Professional degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, process automation, and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel and proficiency in Power BI.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Python, SQL, macros).
