We are currently seeking a Tech Lead who will be responsible for leading the definition, architecture, and technical execution of a production trading system, ensuring low latency, high availability, scalability, and risk control. This role serves as a bridge between the business, AI Engineering, and implementation teams, ensuring that technical decisions are aligned with strategic objectives and operational real-time trading needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business and trading objectives, translating business needs into prioritized technical solutions and ensuring stable deliveries in production.
• Oversee CI/CD processes and observability, lead critical incident management, and coordinate the integration and deployment of AI models in production environments.
• Lead integrations with brokers and platforms via APIs, optimize real-time order execution, and ensure controlled deployments while expanding the system to new markets and instruments.
• Design and govern scalable and resilient architectures, define technological standards, and lead key technical decisions regarding infrastructure and production operations.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Systems Engineer, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Technical Knowledge: Data pipelines; AI models in production; distributed systems and real-time APIs; Cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Professional Experience: Over 5 years in technological product management with a high technical component. Experience in AI, fintech, trading, or complex financial systems. Experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
