We are seeking an organized, proactive individual with high multitasking capabilities to fulfill a mixed role that combines operational property coordination with administrative support for the Management. The purpose of this position is to ensure the proper operation of managed properties and provide organizational and administrative support for internal processes.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Reservation management through Airbnb and other platforms.
- Coordination of check-in and check-out processes.
- Supervision of cleaning and housekeeping services.
- Coordination of preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Vendor management and follow-up.
- Inventory control.
- Monthly occupancy and performance reporting.
- Guest relations and incident resolution.
- Basic control of payments related to the operation.
Administrative Functions and Management Support:
- Organization and filing of physical and digital documentation.
- Calendar management and appointment coordination.
- Support in vendor management and administrative follow-up.
- Preparation of basic reports in Excel.
- Logistical support in the coordination of external services.
- Other administrative functions inherent to the position as required by Management.
Required Profile:
- Academic background in Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
- Experience in operational coordination or property management.
- High organizational capacity and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital tools such as Excel, Drive, and calendars.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Discretion, responsibility, and proactivity.
Job Conditions:
- Salary: To be agreed upon.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday.
- Work Mode: On-site in Medellín – Envigado.
