We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant for the accounting department to support administrative and accounting management through billing management, document control, and information updates, ensuring process reliability and providing support to the accounting and treasury departments.
Primary Functions:
- Manage electronic billing, validating requirements, supporting documents, and invoice approvals, as well as their correct allocation to cost centers.
- Administer billing reception mailboxes and verify document validity with the DIAN.
- Prepare withholding certificates (Source, VAT, and ICA) and perform accounting information cross-checks.
- Maintain updated databases and ensure information quality, traceability, and integrity.
- Manage accounting archives and documentation, guaranteeing organization and easy access.
- Provide accounting support in accruals and in the preparation of information for the accounting and treasury areas.
Requirements:
- Technical or technological degree in accounting, administrative management, or related fields, or a current student of Public Accounting.
- Intermediate Excel: handling databases, filters, data cross-referencing, and pivot tables.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative or accounting processes.
