We are seeking an IT Support Technician or Technologist, with a technical or technological background in systems, informatics, networks, telecommunications, or related fields, and a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support to employees.
- Diagnose and resolve incidents involving hardware, software, networks, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and devices.
- Document cases, assets, and technical tasks within the assigned management tool.
Requirements:
- Technical or technological degree in systems, telecommunications, networks, or related areas.
- 2 years of experience providing Level 1 and Level 2 support.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems.
- Strong internal customer service skills.
- Experience with structured cabling and fiber optics.
