We are seeking a candidate to join our team at Sun Valley Investment.
We are currently seeking a Payroll Analyst holding a professional degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Calculate and process bi-weekly payroll for direct and temporary employees.
- Validate and upload mass payroll updates: overtime, surcharges, absenteeism, medical disability leave, leaves of absence, vacations, bonuses, and commissions.
- Review the pre-payroll for temporary staff and ensure consistency with internal records.
- Verify compliance with rates, caps, salaries, contractual changes, and withholding tax at source.
- Consolidate and audit updates originating from operational areas, such as new hires, salary adjustments, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepare, settle, and validate social security contributions for direct employees.
- File medical disability claims and manage reimbursements with the Health Promoting Entities (EPS) and Labor Risk Administrators (ARL).
- Settle social benefits: severance pay, interest on severance, service premiums, vacations, and final settlements. Manage provisions with the accounting department.
- Perform accounting reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Professional degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Possess 2 years of experience in payroll settlement, shift management, overtime and surcharges, social benefits, social security, reimbursement of disability claims, and reconciliation with entities.
