We are seeking a Psychology Intern who is committed, responsible, and service-oriented, eager to strengthen their professional skills by participating in activities related to recruitment, talent acquisition, and psychological assessment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the administration and scoring of psychological tests.
- Participate in recruitment, training, and research processes.
- Prepare reports and records related to assessments and processes.
- Support logistical activities related to personnel development.
- Provide assistance on projects led by the recruitment and selection team.
Requirements
- Student in the final semesters of a Psychology degree.
- Interest in organizational psychology and talent acquisition processes.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Responsibility, professional ethics, and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Availability to sign an internship agreement with the university.
