We are currently seeking a Systems and Infrastructure Coordinator to direct and guarantee the operation, stability, and security of the organization’s technological infrastructure, ensuring the continuity and reliability of IT services. The professional will lead the comprehensive management of networks, servers, communications, security, and cloud services, coordinating technical teams and anticipating risks to provide solid and sustainable support for business needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Comprehensively manage the organization’s technological infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, networks, Wi-Fi, IP telephony, firewalls, and cloud services, primarily within Azure environments.
• Guarantee the continuity and availability of voice and data services by managing incidents, executing preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating timely escalation with external providers when required.
• Manage and maintain firewalls and VPN solutions (site-to-site and remote access), ensuring stable and secure connectivity between offices, remote users, and corporate services.
• Manage the operational security of the technological infrastructure, including:
  • The timely application of patches and updates on servers and equipment.
  • The administration of antivirus/EDR solutions and the implementation of basic hardening policies.
  • The periodic review of logs, events, and security alerts in firewalls and monitoring platforms.
• Execute, supervise, and validate backups of critical information, including periodic restoration tests to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities on computer equipment, network infrastructure, IP telephony, and servers, minimizing operational impact.
• Maintain an updated technological inventory and technical documentation regarding infrastructure, configurations, procedures, and changes implemented.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of the technical support team, assigning priorities, distributing workloads, and verifying the correct handling of incidents and requirements.
• Assist department leadership in the planning and execution of IT projects, such as migrations, updates, and technological infrastructure improvements.

Requirements:

• Academic Background: Professional or technologist in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields. Preferably with a specialization in related areas.
• Work Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure administration roles and advanced IT support, including personnel management experience.
