We are seeking a professional for the Titling Department to provide specialized legal counsel on mining and environmental matters. The selected candidate will manage records related to mining titles and concession contracts, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding the company’s interests.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of applications, responses, and addressing formal requests.
- Management of notifications and legal challenges.
- Drafting responses to requirements from mining and environmental authorities.
- Acting as the company’s legal representative before mining and environmental authorities.
- Drafting contracts, agreements, and legal acts related to mining titles and concessions.
- Providing legal counsel for mining contracting processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Professional degree in Law with a valid professional license. Specialization or experience in Mining, Environmental, or Administrative Law is preferred.
- Work Experience: Professional experience in mining title management of at least three (3) years.
- Knowledge of Colombian mining and environmental regulations.
- Experience in management before mining and environmental authorities.
- High analytical capacity, legal drafting skills, and attention to detail.
