We are seeking a highly skilled Senior International Operations Analyst to manage, monitor, and control our global logistics and general operations. This role is responsible for overseeing assigned accounts, resource planning, and ensuring compliance across all documentation and regulatory processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate comprehensive reports on assigned operations and exports, monitoring lead times, transit, and payments.
- Manage and approve service provider invoices and maintain tracking control files.
- Coordinate international and domestic multimodal transport quotations and contracts.
- Manage documentation for import/export processes and regulatory compliance.
- Administer bank statements and support the calculation and approval of final settlements.
- Lead export management and specialized logistics projects.
- Analyze commercial contracts and Technical SOPs to facilitate new business closures.
Requirements:
- Education: Professional degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or Business Administration with a focus on logistics.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in international logistics operations, reporting, and negotiation. Experience in the commodities market is highly preferred.
- Skills: Advanced Excel, proficiency in export management, and strong mathematical logic.
- Language: Advanced English (C1 level) is mandatory.
