We are looking for an HR Generalist Coordinator to join our team for a mining project in Santa Isabel (Remedios). The main responsibilities include ensuring timely personnel recruitment, implementing and executing welfare and training plans, and managing human talent within our mining operations.

Responsibilities:

• Talent attraction and onboarding.
• Human talent administration.
• Managing labor disputes and disciplinary processes.
• Designing and implementing the employee welfare plan.
• Executing technical and soft skills training programs.
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws and mining sector standards.
• Managing payroll updates and personnel turnover.

Requirements:

• Two years of experience as an HR leader, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.
• Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, labor relations, and personnel management.
• Availability to work in Santa Isabel (Remedios) from Monday to Friday.
