We are seeking an MLOps Engineer to lead the design, deployment and operation of an agent-based trading system, using Databricks as the core platform. This role is essential to ensuring high reliability, rapid iteration and secure operation across the entire lifecycle, from ML/LLM model development to live trading.
Responsibilities:
- Design and integrate ML/LLM models into production and connect them with the trading infrastructure for real-time decision-making.
- Build and maintain end-to-end data and deployment pipelines using Databricks, MLflow and Model Serving.
- Develop scalable infrastructure and automate deployments through Databricks and CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor model and platform performance, including latency, throughput, model drift, P&L and operational health.
- Ensure security, risk management and business continuity through data protection controls and SecOps best practices.
- Safeguard software quality through unit, integration and regression testing, maintaining production stability.
Requirements:
- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering or related fields.
- Knowledge of GitHub Actions and Databricks Asset Bundles.
- Three years of experience in MLOps or Platform Engineering managing models in production.
- Experience with high-frequency, low-latency systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD and monitoring.
