We are seeking a Head of Occupational Health and Safety to lead the corporate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) strategy, managing the organization’s critical risks and fostering a sustainable safety culture, in order to ensure the protection of people, regulatory compliance, operational continuity and the achievement of the business’s strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety Engineering, Occupational Health, Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related fields. A specialization or master’s degree in Risk Management, OHS, Strategic Management or related areas is desirable.
- Minimum of ten years of experience leading health and safety areas in high-risk operations, preferably in mining.
- Demonstrable experience in strategic development, KPI management, organizational culture and critical risk management.
- Experience coordinating with regulatory authorities and strategic stakeholders.
- Availability to work in various municipalities of Antioquia.
