Recognized company in the mining sector is seeking a Warehouse Leader, a professional committed to operational excellence with experience in the efficient management of inventories in demanding industrial contexts.

Position Mission:

Ensure the control, accuracy, and availability of materials, spare parts, and supplies inventories utilized in mining operations, through constant data analysis and the implementation of best storage practices.

Primary Responsibilities

• Analyze and control inventory movements (entries, exits, transfers).
• Perform periodic reconciliations between physical inventory and systems.
• Coordinate and execute cyclic and general inventories.
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions.

Profile Requirements

• Education: Professional or Technological degree in logistics, administration, industrial engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles, preferably in the mining, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Knowledge:
  • Proficiency in office automation tools (Excel, inventory software).
  • Storage regulations and industrial safety.
• Competencies:
  • Leadership of operational teams.
  • Organization and planning.
  • Decision-making in dynamic and changing environments.

Labor Conditions

• Location: Segovia, Antioquia.
• Work Modality: On-site – 14×7 shift (Willingness to travel).
