We are seeking a PMO Leader who will be responsible for leading the governance and management of the project portfolio, ensuring the prioritization, viability, and efficient execution of strategic initiatives to maximize value generation and the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the project portfolio, ensuring its alignment with business strategy and value generation.
- Evaluate the financial viability of initiatives and projects through profitability, cost, and return on investment analyses.
- Oversee budget execution and project performance, ensuring the efficient use of resources.
- Define and monitor management indicators, ensuring compliance with expected objectives and results.
- Implement governance mechanisms for the prioritization, monitoring, and control of the project portfolio.
- Identify risks and opportunities for improvement, reporting progress and results to management for strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- Education: Professional degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields, with a specialization or master’s degree in project management or financial areas.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in project management, PMO, strategic planning, financial control, or related areas, leading high-impact project portfolios and strategic initiatives for the business.
- Technical Skills: Experience in financial viability evaluation, business case structuring, profitability analysis, budget control (CAPEX/OPEX), and monitoring financial and operational indicators. Knowledge in implementing governance models, investment prioritization, risk management, and project performance tracking.
