A recognized company in the mining sector is seeking a Warehouse Leader—a professional committed to operational excellence with experience in efficient inventory management within demanding industrial contexts.

Mission: To guarantee the control, accuracy, and availability of inventories for materials, spare parts, and supplies used in mining operations through constant data analysis and the implementation of storage best practices.

Main Functions:

• Analyze and control inventory movements (entries, exits, transfers).
• Perform periodic reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
• Coordinate and execute cyclic and general inventories.
• Identify deviations and propose corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Education: Technologist or Professional degree in Logistics, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in similar roles, preferably in the mining, industrial, or construction sectors.
• Knowledge: Proficiency in office tools (Excel, inventory software) and regulations regarding storage and industrial safety.
• Competencies: Team leadership, organization, planning, and decision-making in dynamic environments.

• Modality: On-site – 14×7 shift (Availability to travel).
